1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available if:

    • Services were not performed as agreed upon in the contract.

    • The workmanship is found to be defective within 30 days of completion.

 

2. Time Frame for Requesting a Refund

  • Customers must request a refund within 30 days of service completion.

 

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant documentation (e.g., photographs).

 

4. Non-Refundable Services

  • The following services are non-refundable:

    • Change of mind after service completion.

    • Services that were specifically customized for the customer.

 

5. Repair vs. Refund

  • In some cases, we may offer to repair the issue instead of processing a refund. We will discuss the options with you.

 

6. Method of Refund

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 Business days of approval.
